This is my project on the Northern Gannet, a seabird species that also breeds on the German Island of Helgoland. The birds are easy to watch and to photograph. Also the birds posses incredible flying and gliding capacities. Because of their incredibly fast flight it is quite an effort to catch them in flight. Because of the good conditions in that specific breeding colony it is possible to use small equipment and leave the heavy EF 600mm f/4 at home.

This is a project on the gothic cathedral Sint Christoffelkathedraal in Roermond in the Dutch province of Limburg. I want to show the beauty of the architecture. Light, sculpture, altar, pulpit and crucifix form a formidable and unique room that allows people to reflect.

This is my project on baroque architecture and I captured palace buildings and gardens of Augustusburg Palace in Bruehl / Germany. The palace is a three winged rococo building and is also listed as UNESCO World Heritage site.

This is an editorial I did on the horse-drawn carriage in Vienna, better known as Fiaker. These Fiaker are always drawn by to horses and the carriage can take up to five passengers. The driver more or less the tourist guide and explains Vienna city to the tourists, while the horses find their own way through the busy streets of the city. These Fiakers are out and about for most of the day and are one of the great tourist attractions in Vienna.

Das Projekt Pauluskirche zeigt die Architektur und den Raum dieser Kirche bei Tageslicht. Ebenso wird die Orgel fotografisch bearbeitet und die sichtbaren Teile der Orgel dargestellt.

Das Projekt beschäftigt sich mit der barocken Schlosskirche in Brühl. Diese Kirche gehört zum Schloss Augustusburg in Brühl, welches vom Kölner Kurfürsten Clemens August als Sommerresidenz gebaut wurde. Die Schlosskirche besteht aus dem Langhaus mit einem Chor und Hochaltar. Ziel ist, den barocken Baustil in einer Kirche fotografisch zu beleuchten. Trotz des sehr prächtig ausgeführten Hochaltars im Chorbereich, die Kirche sehr schlicht gehalten.

This project is a photographic walk about Nordkirchen Palace showing the architecture of the palace on the outside and also putting on display the gardens and parks associated with the palace. Nordkirchen Palace ranks among the firsta ten most influential palaces in the German State of Northrhine Westphalia. Also the gardens and parks have a high reputation in the entire region. This is an ongoing project because of the vast extent of the entire complex.
